Refund and Return Policy
At Corporate Filing, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to provide high-quality corporate filing, search, document retrieval, and related support services. As we offer non-physical, time-sensitive services (not tangible products), refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Cancellation Requests
- If you placed an order by mistake and wish to cancel or correct it, contact us immediately:
- Call us and email info@corporatefiling.ca within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- For orders in a 1-hour or 2-hour service queue, contact us within 10 minutes.
- If you fail to contact us within these timeframes, we may apply proportionate deductions, including full agency/service fees.
General Refund Rules
- Once we receive and begin processing your order (e.g., our team or specialists start work), we are unable to issue refunds. Service fees and any applicable government filing fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are considered only if Corporate Filing fails to provide or complete the services after you have supplied all necessary information in a timely manner.
- No partial refunds are available if the business is already registered or services have been partially/completely delivered.
- Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., the same debit/credit card used).
- Financial processing fees may be deducted from any refund amount (if applicable).
Specific Restrictions
- If a business name is rejected by government agencies, no refund is provided. You must supply an alternative name and await government processing, or proceed with a numbered company.
- For services involving CRA accounts, WCB/WSIB/WSB, or similar government requirements, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and timely information. Delays or incompleteness due to incorrect/missing client information do not qualify for refunds.
- If we make a filing error, we will correct it at no additional cost as soon as possible. Refunds are not provided in such cases unless we entirely fail to deliver the service.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your financial service provider (with or without contacting us first), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order/service. From that point, please direct all inquiries to your financial institution, not us.
Because our services involve immediate processing and reliance on government systems, most orders are non-refundable once initiated. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submission.
